Following a 2022 season in which the ACC placed nine teams in postseason play and sent at least one team to the College World Series for the 16th consecutive year, the conference is poised for continued success in 2023.
At least six ACC teams have been ranked among the top 25 of every preseason poll released to date, with both Louisville and Wake Forest ranked as high as No. 5. Seven ACC teams were ranked in the Baseball America Top 25 announced Monday, including three teams among the top 10 with No. 5 Louisville, No. 8 Miami and No. 9 Wake Forest.
The season opens for all teams on Friday, Feb. 17. ACC teams wrap up regular season play on Saturday, May 20, with the ACC Baseball Championship set for May 23-28 at Durham Bulls Athletic Park in Durham, North Carolina.
