The Mets and their fans can breathe a large sigh of relief after Starling Marte was hit in the head by a pitch in Sunday’s spring training game against the Rays. Manager Buck Showalter met the media to discuss all of the Mets’ injury news, but began by saying that Marte is “fine today.”
