Saturday Baseball Game With Purdue Canceled Due To Weather

EVANSVILLE, Ind. – Saturday’s college baseball game between the University of Evansville and Purdue University has been canceled due to weather.  The game will not be made up.

The decision was made after forecast models predicted the temperature to remain around freezing most of the day in the Evansville area, along with a “real feel” temperature of near 20 degrees, as a northwest wind is expected between 15 and 20 miles per hour all day long.

The series will now conclude on Sunday afternoon at 1 p.m. with a single contest.  Sunday’s game can be heard live in the Evansville area and on-line on 107.1 F.M.-WJPS.
