TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama baseball will get back to work on Monday following a break over the weekend.
The Crimson Tide took Saturday and Sunday off after a successful Friday exhibition with Auburn. Alabama’s bats totaled five home runs while the pitching staff allowed just two runs across the 14 innings of play. The team will look to use the new week to continue to grow and build off their complete effort against Auburn.
Week four of the fall begins on Monday afternoon with a 2 p.m. CT practice. The team will then scrimmage from Tuesday through Friday with all four intrasquad scrimmages scheduled for a 3:30 p.m. first pitch at The Joe.
All scrimmages are subject to change. The length will be determined on a game-to-game basis. Spaced out between scrimmages are the team’s regularly scheduled practice sessions. Dates and times of all practices and scrimmages for the upcoming week can be found on RollTide.com each Monday.
Admission to Alabama baseball’s on-field activity is free to the public. Gates will open each day at approximately 2 p.m. Fans are asked to enter Sewell-Thomas Stadium through the main gate (Gate 3) located directly behind home plate. Once inside, fans are to stay in the lower bowl seating area with access to the upper levels of the stadium strictly prohibited.
