The Diamond Hogs have been a part of some amazing games this season. In its SEC opener, Arkansas destroyed Mizzou, allowing just one run in the series, and last week’s set against Auburn was primetime entertainment.
Now, the Razorbacks are one game away from sweeping the number eight LSU Tigers. Last night, Hudson White had a walk-off, RBI double in the bottom of the 10th. Before that, Arkansas and LSU Played a great defensive game.
Sweeping the Tigers looks promising, too. In both LSU’s SEC series, the Tigers have been run-ruled in game three.
The usual second-day starter, Brady Tygart, gets the nod on the mound for game three. Aside from last week’s performance against Auburn, the lefty has been superb this season.
