Washington State heads to Eugene for a three-game series at No. 20 Oregon beginning Thursday at 6:05 p.m., continuing Friday at 6:05 p.m. and Saturday at 12:05 p.m.

WHAT’S AT STAKE?
The Cougars enter the final weekend one spot out of the Pac-12 Conference Tournament. With three games remaining, WSU is one game back of ninth-place Washington (at Cal) and two back of eighth-place Stanford (at UCLA). The Pac-12 Conference Tournament begins Tuesday in Scottsdale.

ABOUT WASHINGTON STATE
Washington State enters the weekend with an 21-29 overall record including an 9-18 mark in Pac-12 Conference play after dropping two of three at home to USC last weekend. The Cougars lead the Pac-12 with 50 double plays turned and are tied for second with a .975 fielding percentage while third baseman Cole Cramer is fifth in the Pac-12 in hitting (.360) and Grant Taylor is second in the league in innings (78.1) and strikeouts (92). Head coach Nathan Choate is in his first season at WSU after five seasons at Loyola Marymount.
