Short Story: The UAlbany baseball team began its series at Maine with a 6-3 victory on the back of a strong performance by Dylan Banner and a five-spot in the fourth inning.

How it Happened:
- Dylan Banner started on the bump for the Great Danes. Geoff Mosseau got the start for the Black Bears.
- UAlbany got runners on the bases in the second with Levi McAllister singling through the left side and Cooper Loyal drawing a walk. With two outs, John Vitucci slugged a ground-rule double to drive in McAllister, giving the Great Danes an early 1-0 advantage.
- McAllister lead-off the fourth inning with a solo shot to left. With runners on the corners, Ryan Ferremi came through with two outs, hitting a single up the middle to score a run. With bases loaded, Luke Filippi slugged a double down the left field line to drive in three, extending UAlbany’s lead to 6-0.
