On Aug. 15, MLB announced its schedule for the Grapefruit and Cactus Leagues in spring training. Among other things, the release also confirmed that the Spring Breakout series—a weekend of games which pitted teams of prospects against one another—will return.
In all, 65 of BA’s preseason Top 100 prospects were on the 2024 Spring Breakout rosters, including Brewers wunderkind Jackson Chourio and current No. 1 overall prospect Jackson Holliday.
The 2025 event will take place from March 13-16. The schedule is as follows.
