Gators Set For Home Series Against No. 2 Texas


GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The third-ranked Florida softball team continues Southeastern Conference play this weekend, hosting No. 2 Texas in a three-game series on March 15th and 17th at Katie Seashole Pressly Stadium.

Due to anticipated unfavorable weather conditions for Sunday, the series will open with a doubleheader starting at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 15. 

Game three is still set for Monday, March 17 at 7 p.m.

The first two games of the series will air on SEC Network, while game two will be streamed on SEC Network+.

The Gators (27-2) are looking to continue their hot start to their conference schedule.

Florida picked up a 2-1 series victory at No. 5/4 Texas A&M last weekend in College Station.
