CLEMSON, S.C. – The Clemson Women’s Basketball team learned its matchup in The Bahamas as a part of the 2025 Baha Mar Hoops Nassau Championship on Nov. 28 and 30. The Tigers are one of eight teams that will make the trip to the Caribbean. This marks Clemson’s first time playing in The Bahamas since the team played in the 2018 Junkanoo Jam in Bimini.

The full 2025-26 schedule is available here.

The Tigers will compete in the Junkanoo Division bracket with Michigan State, Temple, and Western Carolina. Clemson will open its tournament against Western Carolina on Friday, Nov. 28. The Tigers are 9-1 all-time against the Catamounts, with the most recent meeting coming in 2022. Clemson has never played Michigan State and has met Temple once before, beating the Owls in the 1997 Bahamas Shootout.

Coach Shawn Poppie is entering his second year as Clemson’s head coach for the team’s 51st season. After a 14-17 campaign that saw the team advance to the second round of the ACC tournament, the team returns three key pieces and welcomes a recruiting class with two top-100 players and six transfers.
