COLUMBIA, Mo. – The University of Missouri softball team announced Monday its full 2025 schedule. The Tigers will host 22 home contests at the Mizzou Softball Stadium over its 56-game slate.

MU will face 20 NCAA Regional teams from the 2024 season including National Champion Oklahoma, NCAA runner-up Texas along with fellow World Series participants Oklahoma State, UCLA, Duke and Alabama.

Mizzou will open the 2025 campaign with four road tournaments, commencing the season with the NFCA Division I Leadoff Classic Feb. 6-9 in Clearwater, Florida.

The Tigers will play a midweek contest at UCF in Orlando Feb. 11 before a second-straight tournament in Clearwater, competing in the Shriners Children’s Clearwater Invitational Presented by EvoShield Feb. 13-15.

After consecutive weekends on the east coast, Mizzou will then trek to Cathedral City, California, for the Mary Nutter Collegiate Classic, Feb. 20-22.

Mizzou then plays at Wichita State’s Shocker Invite Feb. 27 through March 2 for Week 4 of the season. MU will face Oklahoma State, Wichita State, South Dakota State and Nebraska (twice) in Wichita, Kansas.

The Tigers then return to Columbia, Missouri, for their 2025 home opener against Kansas City on March 5 before commencing SEC conference play against Kentucky March 7-9 in Lexington, Kentucky.

The Tigers’ SEC slate consists of eight three-game series (24 games). Mizzou’s first home SEC series will take place March 21-23 against four-time reigning National Champions, Oklahoma, at the Mizzou Softball Stadium. MU will also host SEC series against Texas (April 4-6), Texas A&M (April 17-19) and Georgia (May 1-3).

The Tigers will host the 2025 Mizzou Invitational March 13-15 over its SEC off weekend. MU will welcome South Dakota State, Princeton, Michigan and Quinnipiac to Columbia for the three-day tournament.

Following the Mizzou Invitational, Missouri will host Braggin’ Rights rival Illinois in a doubleheader on March 18.

Other midweeks during the SEC season for MU include Kansas (March 26), Missouri State (April 2 in Springfield, Missouri), Southern Illinois (April 9) and SIUE (April 15).

Postseason play begins May 6-10 for the 2025 SEC Tournament in Athens, Georgia. NCAA Regionals and Super Regionals are scheduled for May 15-18 and May 22-25 before the 2025 Women’s College World Series May 29 through…
