CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – The Carolina softball team (11-19, 1-5 ACC) dropped its midweek matchup with Liberty (17-10), 5-1, on Wednesday evening in Anderson Stadium. Despite both teams tallying six hits, the Flames were able to take advantage of timely hitting, including hitting a two-run home run in the seventh inning.
