No. 1 Tennessee (55-7) defeated Georgia Tech, 9-6, Sunday at Lindsey Nelson Stadium in the NCAA Tournament Knoxville Regional.
Georgia Tech was victorious against Campbell, 16-5, Sunday in an elimination game, advancing to play Tennessee.

Alabama State also competed in the Knoxville Regional.
The winner of the Knoxville Regional will play the winner of the Statesboro Regional in Super Regional play.
Georgia Southern, Notre Dame, Texas Tech and UNC Greensboro are competing in the Statesboro Regional.
