The Phillies are going to select right-hander Tyler Cyr. To make room on the active roster, right-hander Seranthony Dominguez will be heading to the 15-day injured list due to triceps soreness. A spot on the 40-man will be opened up by Corey Knebel getting transferred to the 60-day IL with a tear in his shoulder capsule. He will not return to the club this season.
