Chiefs Announce 2023 Weekly Promotions

Peoria, IL – The Peoria Chiefs released the first leg of their 2023 promotional schedule Tuesday with the announcement of their weekly promotions. The entirety of the promotions calendar will be released over five installments, concluding with the bobblehead schedule to be disclosed next Tuesday, February 28.

The 2023 weekly promos include a return of some fan favorites with a healthy mix of new initiatives for the 40th season of Peoria Chiefs baseball. All told, five days will feature a recurring theme or promotion.

A loaded Tuesday schedule is highlighted by the Silver Sluggers program. All central Illinois residents age 55 and over receive a free ticket to each and every Tuesday home game. To sign up or renew your membership for 2023, fans are encouraged to email Payton Leverton, Manager of Community Relations, at paytonl@peoriachiefs.com. On the food side, Taco Tuesday is back with $3 tacos. New for this season, all 16-ounce domestic beers are just $4 on Tuesday.

Guaranteed Win Wednesday is back as part of the weekly promotional slate. If the Chiefs do not win a Wednesday home game, fans can exchange their ticket for a free ticket to the next Wednesday home contest. Additionally, $2 hot dogs return as a mid-week staple. Fans are also encouraged to bring their four-legged friends to the ballpark each and every Wednesday for Bark in the Park night.

Miller Lite is the proud sponsor of Throwback Thursday. As part of the promotion, drink prices reflect those of years gone by. Domestic beer and soda are available for just $2. Craft beers are also discounted at $4. For $75, fans can secure a Miller Lite Throwback Thursday six pack of tickets. The six-game plan includes April 20, May 11, June 8, July 27, August 24 and September 7 as part of the package. Select Throwback Thursday dates will also include music from previous decades that will be featured exclusively throughout the game.

A family-friendly ticket package headlines Friday’s slate. New for 2023, the Four for 40 pack includes four tickets for just $40.

Sunday Funday is presented by OSF Children’s Hospital and is geared towards the younger fan. All kids tickets are just $5 and kids 12 and under can play catch on the field and run the bases postgame. An autograph session will also take place at each and every Sunday home game.
